Returns Policy

We hope that all of our customers are happy with their purchases. If any product we deliver is not what you ordered or is defective or damaged, please let our Customer Service Department know as soon as possible and we will provide a refund or replacement in accordance with our Returns Policy and the Distance Selling Regulations.

How to return an item
If you wish to return any item(s) from your order here's what you need to do.
Log in to your store account and select the Order History option to view all your purchases.
From your list of purchases open the order that contains the item you wish to return.
Select the Creat Return option that appear near the top of the page and follow the instructions.
Once your return request is processed we will contact you to advise you what to do next.
You will be given a returns authorisation number (RMA) when you complete the online returns form. You must include this with any item returned and write it on the packaging. We cannot process a returned item without the RMA number.

Faulty Items
We will refund or replace faulty items once we have confirmed the fault.
Items being replaced will be replaced on a like for like basis. We will re-imburse your costs to send the faulty item back to us. Replaced faulty items will be shipped free of charge.
In the case of an item being refunded we will refund the cost of the item at the time of purchase and the appropriate delivery charge.

Incorrect items
If we have sent you an item you did not order we will refund the cost of the item at the time of purchase (if you were charged for the item) as well as the appropriate shipping cost from the original order and the cost of returning the item to us.

Items no longer wanted
For items which are no longer wanted we will refund the cost of the item but we will not refund any postage charges paid by you as part of  your initial order. We will not issue any refunds where the item has been removed from its sealed packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. It is recomended you take out appropriate insurnace for returned items.

Please note that items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in order for them to qualify for a refund. We aim to complete any refunds within 30 days of the items being returned to us. Unless faulty, items returned for refund will not be refunded if they are not in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.

Under Distance Selling Regulations  "Made to Order" and Customised items are returnable only if faulty.
