FAST DELIVERY


We aim to pack and ship the same day all orders received by 14:00, Monday to Friday for ex-stock items.

UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND MAY TAKE UP TO 28 DAYS TO MANUFACTURE. DELIVERY TIMES SHOWN ARE A GUIDE TO THE TIME IT TAKES FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE WITH YOU ONCE YOU HAVE RECIEVED YOUR "ORDER COMPLETED" EMAIL

UK ORDERS
 
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded 2nd Class from only £1.60 - Delivery times are not guaranteed, but most orders are delivered within 5 working days.

For larger orders, why not take advantage of our Next Working Day courier service - only £7.50 no matter how much you order!
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Europe via Royal Mail Not Signed For from only £1.50 with a typical delivery time of 2 - 4 working days
Rest of the World via Royal Mail Not Signed For from only £2.00 with a typical delivery time of 3 - 6 working days
 
BFPO ORDERS - Available On Request
 
Orders for personel in Op TELIC, Op HERRICK and HM Ships in Support are shipped directly to them free of charge subject to a maximun weight of 2kg

All other BFPO orders are sent via Royal Mail at standard UK prices, no matter where in the world you are located iand n accordance with the BFPO postage rules subject to a maximum weight of 2kg

You must inform us within five working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

For orders despatched Royal Mail Recorded

If you order has been despatched by Royal Mail, And a "Sorry you were out" card has be left through your letter box like the one below.



You can re-arrange a delivery by calling the number on the card or going on-line at Royal Mail Redelivery

Royal Mail will also deliver to your local post office for a fee of 50p or you may wish to collect your goods in person from the local sorting office. DONT forget to take the card and especially some ID with you! ID MUST INCLUDE YOUR NAME and ADDRESS ie. phone or utility bill!
